The Challenge

The company wanted us to leverage the power of mobile platforms that would enable its vast range of end customers to file their tax returns in a few easy steps while ensuring that the required data is captured in a safe and secure manner.

The Solution

Developed a mobile-centric application that facilitates quick and easy filing of tax returns
App lets users assess their financial scenario and acts a gateway for easy calculation of income tax return
Developed web application using PHP-CI framework.
MVC framework was used to develop application.
RDS (MySQL) was used as database service.
Scheduled jobs were created to verify the data on a pre-defined time interval and based upon certain business logic.
Native mobile apps were developed for Android and iOS platforms.
Waterfall methodology was used for application development.
Mokito was used to create wireframe/layouts/design.
Jenkins - a CICD tool was used for Continuous Integration to ensure the build is deployed only when it passes all tests.
Selenium and Appium was used for automation testing of web and mobile application respectively.
