Claritus designed a Digital Transformation framework on Microsoft Power Platform and Azure’s intelligent automation capabilities:
1. Automation with Power Platform: Core workflows were rebuilt on PowerApps, Dataverse, and SharePoint, integrating with cloud databases for seamless data flow.
2. AI-Powered Document Processing: Leveraged Azure OCR and OpenAI APIs to extract, validate, and summarize data from uploaded tenant and landlord documents.
3. Digital Contracts & E-Signatures: Developed legally compliant digital templates for lease and sale agreements, enabling instant, paperless contract execution.
4. Agent Enablement : Retrained existing field agents to use PowerApps tools for onboarding and verification instead of manual document handling.
5. Multilingual Platform: Implemented a bilingual (Arabic and English) interface for users and agents to ensure regional inclusivity.
